 MS Wulguru employs a full time Apprentice Master to look after the need of all our Apprentice's. His Job is to make sure the Apprentices are trained properly and become the best possible tradesmen at the end of their four year year tenure. We have Apprentice Boilermakers and Sheet Metal workers. Because we work with a lot of different industries, out Apprentices receive a broad variety of work. We also encourage extra Tafe welding courses to become certified welders. Certified welders are paid more while they are doing specific work. Cadet draftsmen are also employed at MS Wulguru to learn all the different aspects of construction and fabrication in the steel industry.
